Cross Country
Cross Country at the high school level consists of 5K races over open-air flat and hill terrain composed of dirt and grass. It is a physically and mentally demanding sport which requires a high level of conditioning and is perfect for those who like a challenge, love running, or just want to improve overall conditioning and athleticism for other sports. Our program allows for the participation of all ability and experience levels with workouts individually tailored for each athlete. Our team goals are honest effort, mental toughness, and positive attitude, and these goals have led to a high degree of program success over the past 16 years. In Indiana cross country is NOT a classed sport, so program success has been gained against schools of all sizes.
