1-24-12 Board of Finance Minutes
The Board of School Trustees of the Nettle Creek School Corporation met in a Board of Finance meeting on January 24, 2012.
The following board members were present: Julie Blaase, Chuck Golliher, Elaine Hellwarth, Gary Keesling, Jim Lewis (7:21), and Cary Rhoades
Absent: Bob Clark
Also meeting with the board: Joe Backmeyer and Erin Riggle
The Board of Finance meeting was called to order by Mr. Rhoades at 7:17 p.m. in the administration office. Mr. Backmeyer certified compliance with the open meeting law.
Blaase/Golliher moved to nominate Elaine Hellwarth as Secretary of the Board of Finance. 5/0
Blaase/Golliher moved to nominate Cary Rhoades as President of the Board of Finance. 4/0/1 (Rhoades)
Blaase/Keesling moved to approve the annual investment report as presented. 5/0/1 (Lewis)
Hellwarth/Blaase moved to adjourn the Board of Finance meeting at 7:23 p.m. 6/0
